Founded in 2023 by Leihn Mansley in regional NSW, our
journey began with a simple frustration: the lack of truly exceptional coffee.
Determined to change that, Leihn invested in a roaster, sourced the finest
beans, and spent ten months perfecting the ideal brew. The result? Our first release—the
Saturday Light Roast, a single-origin Australian bean—meticulously
crafted for those who appreciate quality.
Since then, we’ve remained dedicated to providing top-tier
coffee for discerning home baristas. Our process combines traditional roasting
techniques with modern technology, ensuring each batch is fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.
