We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or subscription. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can reach our customer support team via email at info@thefoldroaster.storeor our Contact page on the website. Please provide your order number and details to expedite the cancellation process. If the order still needs to be processed and shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) by our Return Policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions
The Folk Roaster offers a variety of subscription plans to ensure you always have your favourite coffee. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so anytime by logging into your Folk Roaster account and navigating to the "Manage Subscriptions" section. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Prepaid Subscriptions
For prepaid subscriptions (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or annual plans), cancellations can only be made within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. To cancel a prepaid subscription, please contact our customer support team at support@thefolkroaster.store. Refunds for prepaid subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription after deducting the price of any products already shipped.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled once they have been activated. If you need to make changes to a gift subscription, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.
Special Orders and Customizations
Special orders and customized products (e.g., personalized coffee blends) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These items are customized to your preferences and cannot be resold to other customers.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled orders and subscriptions will be processed within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. They will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, the refund may take longer to appear on your bank statement.
Changes to Orders
If you need to change an order (e.g., change the shipping address or add or remove items), please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
