We track your lifetime spend automatically. Email us anytime and we will tell you exactly where you stand and how close you are to your next reward.
Do subscriptions count?
Absolutely. Every subscription order counts toward your lifetime spend. In fact, subscribers tend to reach higher tiers much faster.
Can I choose any reward at my level?
Yes. When you reach a level, pick whichever option appeals to you most. One reward per level.
What if I have already spent enough to qualify?
Existing spend counts. If your lifetime total already puts you at Level 3, you can claim Level 1, 2, and 3 rewards right now. Just email us.
Do discount codes affect my spend total?
Your total is based on the amount you actually paid, after any discounts. Shipping is not included.
