Whole bean only. We recommend grinding fresh right before you brew for the best flavour. A simple hand grinder or any burr grinder works well.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Arrives to you only days after roasting. We roast in small batches to keep everything as fresh as possible. Your bag will have the roast date printed on it.

How should I store my coffee?
Keep it in the sealed bag in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge or freezer. Our bags have a one-way valve to keep things fresh - just push the air out and reseal after each use.
